- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from Front of House to kitchen
- Ensure orders are prepared with correct priority
- Check Dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
- Help eliminate obstacles in service
- Inspect lines to maintain quality and sanitation standards
- Interface between FOH and BOH with priority for important information (allergens, requests, upcharges)
- Proven experience with Food Handling, Previous Expo position experience a PLUS
- Well organized and ability to lead/direct staff
- Excellent Communication
- Multi-tasking and coordination A MUST
