    Inova is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow to join our Emergency Department to help expand our services in the Eastern Region of Northern Virginia.

    We are opening a brand-new state-of-the-art health care facility in Alexandria, VA.

    Located in the Potomac Yard neighborhood is an outpatient facility that will include a full-service emergency room, ambulatory surgery, imaging services, primary care and other medical offices.

    Sign on Bonus available*** Fulltime, Night shift. Three 12 hr shifts per week (7pm – 7am)
    *Strongly prefer RNs with at least one year of experience in an acute and/or critical care setting).
    • Required to go through & complete an Emergency Fellowship upon start.

    • Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient, family, nurse, and healthcare delivery team.
    • Conduct all patient care in a patient and familycentered manner.
    • Utilize standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery.
    Requires a minimum of twelve months of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.

    • BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
    • BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required
    • Proficient in English. Proficient computer skills required.
