- Open and close the pharmacy while maintaining security measures.
- Conduct daily inventory and report any discrepancies.
- Dispense medication following clinic procedures.
- Record all dispensed doses and maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical systems.
- Monitor patients for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.
- Perform assessments, document changes in patient care, and conduct medical chart reviews.
- Attend team meetings and contribute medical data for personalized care.
- Monitor and maintain lab samples per program policies.
- Assist the Medical Director and Pharmacist as needed.
- Provide case management for patients with chronic conditions.
- Maintain methadone accountability records accurately.
- Report absent patients and communicate patient care updates.
- Obtain and report drug screening results.
- Monitor patients' other medications and report discrepancies.
- Educate patients and staff on medical issues and overdose prevention.
- Comply with infection control practices.
- Coordinate care with external prescribers and agencies.
- Perform EKGs as ordered by physicians and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare medication incident reports as necessary.
- Educate on Naloxone use and overdose prevention.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school and a valid nursing license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong prioritization and task management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control and medication dispensing.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Understanding of HIPAA and 42CFR regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Minimum LPN/RN Nursing license required.
