• Financial Industry experience is preferred but not required

• Effective problemsolving skills with ability to provide solutions in a proactive and timely manner

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting the Financial Advisor in managing the practice to exceed client expectations

• Answering phones & greeting clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
• Process client business and paperwork, with sharp eye for detail
• Be the goto person for account opening, servicing paperwork and processing ensuring a smooth and timely experience for our clients
• Collaborate with our team to enhance client satisfaction
• Embrace continuous learning to stay atop of internal process changes and updates
• Assisting with client inquiries regarding their accounts or other concerns, always working to build and improve upon client relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

High School Graduate or Equivalent

Experience in financial services, banking or insurance

Ability to manage details, paperwork and numbers

Team player, reliable and coachable

Strong desire to help others and make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and team members


Additional Details:

• Full time position

hours per week

• All work is in person, onsite in the Kennett Square location.
