Job summary

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide business operations support to our department and/or manager. Key responsibilities include providing administrative assistance such as typing documents, formatting proposals and presentations, and establishing record-keeping systems.
  • Maintains calendar and contact database schedules appointments completes travel or conference arrangements.
  • May perform administrative duties specific to the department conducting research updating databases preparing collateral materials for mass mailings.
