We are currently looking for a nursing specialist (m/f/d) for one of our residential facilities on Mastweg in Wuppertal Cronenberg.

Responsibilities:

  • As a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), you will care for a group of adults with intellectual, psychological, severe, and/or multiple disabilities in a multidisciplinary team
  • In addition to nursing and household tasks, the focus is on individual care and support for the residents
  • You will participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of therapeutic work
  • Ensuring the daily routine and accompanying various activities, such as weekly shopping and doctor's appointments, or even leisure activities upon request, are also part of your responsibilities
  • Documentation of pedagogical and nursing activities within the current care plan
  • Responsibility and ensuring the required quality

Qualifications:

  • You have a mandatory qualification as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), or staterecognized social care worker (m/f/d), as well as a willingness to work in care for people with disabilities
  • A class B driver's license is advantageous
