Summary:


Must haves:


  • Figma proficiency and a good understanding of CSS and HTML structures to implement design layouts effectively
  • Collaborate with developers to translate Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML and CSS code
  • Work effectively with Figma components to ensure design consistency and efficient workflow.
  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of design systems and style guides
  • Stay up to date with web design trends and best practices
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating pixelperfect user interfaces.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines, both independently and collaboratively
  • Team player with excellent collaborative skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
  • Great sense of design and user experience best practice and the ability to keep up with emerging trends

Desired skills:


  • Experience with responsive design and frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or others)
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
  • Experience designing responsive websites with Figma, knowledge of Developer Mode is a plus
