REQUIREMENTS
7-10 years of experience
AWS background
Experience leading a team of at least 3-4
Able to be in the office in Howell, NJ 3-4 days a week
FinTech Payment background is a huge plus
Ability to be a hands-on leader
Technical Leadership:
Your proficiency in programming languages like C# and React, coupled with hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, positions you well to lead by example in coding, design, and technical discussions.
Agile Methodologies :
