- Complete operating system installations and troubleshooting for Windows 10, Windows 11, Widows Server, and Linux (Red Hat and Ubuntu).
- Image new computers with Windows or Linux.
- Assist staff members in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems.
- Identify vulnerabilities across all IT assets and apply patching and other fixes for remediation.
- Assist in developing our growing IT infrastructure.
- Currently enrolled in accredited Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Networking/IT Degree program with a GPA of 3.
- Must be knowledgeable of various operating systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server, Mac OS X, and Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.)
- Familiarity with Microsoft application software as well as other application software including a basic understanding of networking.
- Must have at least completed sophomore year.
