YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Self-organized and independent assessment and evaluation of damage cases in the field of building damage, structural damage, and building defects
Determination and evaluation of precise damage causes and amounts – even in complex and major damage cases
Technical support and competent contact person for S+W locations in case of defects, renovation/modernization measures, or new construction projects
Independent handling of customer inquiries, preparation of offers, coordination of appointments, and documentation

YOUR PROFILE

Completed degree in civil engineering, master craftsman, technician, or equivalent
Several years of relevant professional experience in construction supervision, site management, or building renovation
Training as a safety and health coordinator (SiGeKo) is advantageous
Independent work style and excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language
Enjoyment in writing detailed and understandable
