I am seeking any guidance regarding this matter. It is a relatively new device (just over three years old).- Type of service needed Repair
- What is wrong with the bicycle or device? The internal mechanism is not functioning. It is not a problem with the console, but with the mechanics.

- When do you need the work to be done? I am flexible
- Preferred time for the work to be done Afternoon (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM), early evening (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
