Description

Burrow Global is currently seeking an
Jr. Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Designer for a long term assignment in downtown Houston.

The I&E Designer will work with process engineers, management, facility personnel to update and/or prepare Instrumentation and Electrical Drawings for the organization.

12 Years I&E design experience
Experience updating loop diagrams
AutoCad proficient
Field and walk down experience is a plus
Knowledge of or training on control panel layout and design
Knowledge of or training on conduit design

Allen Bradley

Control Logix Experience is a plus
Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

Required:

Associates Degree in Drafting/Design or closely related field or equivalent drafting experience.
Minimum 2 year of experience drawing and/or updating loop diagrams.
Excellent AutoCad 2D software skills.
Must have good written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure prompt completion of tasks and assignments.
Must be a selfstarter and able to work independently. Relies on mínimal instructions and preestablished guidelines and timetables to perform the functions of the job.
