Job Title: Wealth Management Consultant

The Role - What You'll Do

You will be part of a diverse global team working on various business consulting projects in Wealth Management. Join a top-notch product management team that drives innovation and enhances user experience in the wealth management sector. Your responsibilities will include working on process consulting, experience design, business analysis, applied AI, tech strategy, program and change management. You will brainstorm creative solutions, implement consulting frameworks, collaborate with clients, and ensure successful project delivery.

Here are some examples of projects our Wealth Management consultants are involved in:

Strategic assessments to define future state architecture utilizing Design Thinking and Service Blueprinting
Digitalization of Advisory Platforms for end-to-end Advisory lifecycle
Personalization through Machine Learning - life events, investment ideas, service alerts
Cognitive Assistant Pilot (CAP) for assisting Financial Advisors
Creation of a Social Media hub for Financial Advisors
Development of a Comprehensive portal to find Financial Advisors
Implementation of a Smart App for bank relationship initiation and goal-based planning
Social App creation for Financial Advisors' social media profiles
Enhancement of Advisor Dashboard for a comprehensive view
Revamping Operations User Experience through an Intelligent Ops dashboard

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and ensure user-centric decision making
Manage product life cycle from planning to execution
Act as a Functional analysis and Subject Matter Expert for specific journeys
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product development
Work closely with technical teams to address user needs
Lead sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and Firm building initiatives

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 7 years of work experience in management consulting or advisory business
Demonstrated ability in driving complex change programs in Asset/Wealth Management firms
Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience in collaborating with both IT and business teams

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

Strong knowledge of wealth management industry in North America
Ability to interact with various stakeholders in the industry
Understanding of Advisory Solutions and managed account platforms
Experience in UX/UI programs for Wealth/Asset Management
Willingness to work in a cross-cultural team
