Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations, including financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and reporting.

This role will work closely with senior management to drive financial decision-making and contribute to the company's growth and profitability.

This position will be our team lead for anything to do with accounting/billing/purchasing.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance and efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

2. 5+ years of finance/accounting experience

• Strong understanding of financial principles and analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
