Description

Responsibilities:


  • Managing help desk tickets
  • Answer users' questions about hardware and software problems.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting problems with hardware and software.
  • Providing solutions and advice on technical issues
  • Provide technical support for computer systems and software.
  • Creating manuals for technical training
  • Using feedback from customers to improve problemsolving techniques and customer service
  • Documenting and analyzing technical issues and customer interactions
  • Attending training sessions and conferences to stay current with best practices on how to help customers with technical issues
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Problemsolving and criticalthinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills to help other technical support workers
  • Ability to learn new technologies and implement them
  • Must be familiar with various computers and operating systems such as Linux, Windows, and macOS. Know how to use software management tools and techniques and be familiar with troubleshooting techniques.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of computer networking
  • May require lifting or carrying hardware equipment up to 50 lbs

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location:
On the road
