Description

Duties include:

  • Claim Processing accurately and promptly:
  • Enter Class Action lawsuit case claimant information into the processing systems.
  • Learn the intricacies of individual cases to accurately process claims according to their specific procedures.
  • Make adjustments to claims based on information received from filers or project management to ensure claim accuracy.
  • Return phone calls to claimants regarding their claims, the status of settlements, and assist with curing deficient claims.
  • Answer live incoming calls from claimants and handle their inquiries about specific settlements.
  • Perform administrative tasks or projects based on need.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

  • Strong customer focus and approach with outstanding customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask and good time management skills in a fastpaced environment.
  • Detail orientation and accuracy when keying data and information into a computer system.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and operate it effectively.
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers and support teams to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
  • Proficient technology and computer skills including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Education and Work Experience Desired:

  • Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Preferred customer service experience in a Call Center or other fastpaced environment.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred for some advancement opportunities within company.

Starting pay:
$17.00 per hour
