Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.

Reliability System Safety and Supportability.


Job Summary:


As an
Integrated Product Team Lead, you'll be assigned to the GLOBUS program and will be responsible for providing innovative and trusted solutions that optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Air Power and Advanced Sensors products and services over their life cycle.


This position is based in Woburn, MA.

This position is designated as HYBRID. Commuting costs to and from the Woburn, MA facility are the responsibility of the incumbent.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:


  • Driving flawless technical, schedule, and cost performance of contracts integrating key business activities that can leverage best practices, process optimization, state of the art tools and techniques and people skills by establishing key process and product metrics and driving continuous improvement.
  • Providing support in developing and execute business and program strategies.
  • Interfacing with the DoD customer to optimize products and solutions in support of achieving maximum Operational Readiness and compliance to contractual requirements as well as establishing open communications and building trust.
  • Growing business relationships, responding to customer needs in a timely manner, identifying customer needs and value propositions, addressing complex technical requirements, and leading a globally diverse team to achieve business objectives.
  • Presenting IPT topics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting proposal negotiations, executing program startup, creating program artifacts, and developing the performance baseline.
  • Developing and delivering advanced, systemspecific training.

Domestic and International Travel Required.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Typically Requires: Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 10 years of relevant Engineering, Program or Project management experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
  • Experience managing project or program cost, schedule and risk.
  • Experience in Training Delivery and/or Development or Technical Manual Development
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience as an Integrated Product Team lead
  • Experience executing DoD sustainment and/or product support activities.
  • Experience with radar and/or sensor systems, or other advanced electronic system/s.
  • Experience with proposals development/management
  • Master Instructor, or Master Training Specialist Certification
  • Experience with Risk/Opportunity Management tools and processes
  • Experience with US Air Force / DoD Radar Programs
  • Demonstrated consistency, accountability and flexibility managing multiple and competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships to meet contractual requirements.
  • Knowledgeable of the RTX business processes, policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
