Imperial Surveillance is looking to add an experienced Scheduler to our Arlington Heights corporate office. This Full-Time will be an in the office position. Imperial Surveillance is a Full-Service Licensed Security company that specializes in Video Surveillance, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Fire Alarms, Intercoms, and other Low Voltage Systems. Scheduling Coordinator Job Responsibilities:


  • Answer busy phones to schedule and confirm appointments, and enter customer data into the company systems.
  • Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
  • Manages install schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Works with several departmental managers.
  • Provides historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Qualifications/Skills:


  • Previous scheduling experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Good attendance is a MUST for this position.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette.
  • Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience scheduling or dispatching within the trades/service industry (ie. Plumbing, HVAC, Pest Control,) preferred but not mandatory.


Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per hour
