Part time - Monday-Friday? 4 hour shifts? Willing to work with individual on hours.


Responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using excellent knowledge of company products, as well as communicating effectively with co-workers throughout the organization.

Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.

Accurately processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures. Data Entry - Invoicing

Works closely with credit department, production, sales and product development to meet and exceed customers' service expectations. Assist Sales Team as needed.
