- HS Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years in an industrial setting or equivalent military experience
- Skills in welding, electrical, and mechanical maintenance
- Experience as an ironworker, millwright, or in facilities maintenance preferred
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Aptitude for working at heights without fear
- Mechanical inspection expertise
- Fabrication of metal parts knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians and project engineers
- Maintain and repair overhead cranes and related equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose mechanical problems within heavy industrial manufacturing facilities
- Collaborate with a team for major installations, upgrades, and modifications of equipment
- Conduct safety inspections following OSHA guidelines; provide training as needed
- Complete scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance while consulting with customers on deficiencies
- Document hours worked, services performed; write service acknowledgments; manage paperwork efficiently
- Will consider ENTRY-LEVEL candidates
