Your apprenticeship as a specialist for metal technology (m/f/d)

At the beginning of your apprenticeship, you will spend 4 weeks in the company. Afterwards, you will go to our partner's training workshop, where you will attend a basic metal course. This course includes sawing, drilling, filing, turning, and milling of metals. After that, your apprenticeship will continue in our company. Gradually, you will go through all departments of our production and learn how to manufacture, assemble, and test workpieces, as well as carry out and verify assembly processes. Before the intermediate and final exams, there will be a learning block in the training workshop to prepare you for the exams. The 2-year apprenticeship as a specialist for metal technology (specializing in construction technology) ends with a written and practical exam. Your vocational school is the Carl-Miele Vocational College in Gütersloh.


After your apprenticeship.

We train "for ourselves" so there is a great chance of being taken on permanently. We are very happy to continue supporting our "former apprentices" in their future careers.

To support you during your apprenticeship, we offer assistance in areas such as exam preparation through DAA, Pro Arbeit e.V., and the Chamber of Commerce. In addition, there is an annual Christmas
