Our clients create alternative investment funds that outsource their investor services back office to the Company.

Great Lakes Fund Solutions uses its staff and proprietary software to provide investor services to 45+ clients, 230+ investment programs, scores of financial advisors, and the owners of over 70,000 individual investments, representing capital raised of approximately $6 billion.

The Company is a transfer agent, registered with and regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission which simply means we are responsible for tracking and reporting on who owns what.


Our staff uses our internally developed, web-based software to fulfill sales literature orders, process investor subscriptions, calculate commission payments to advisors, and provide web access to investors and their financial advisors.

We open and operate many bank accounts for our clients. The treasury services that we provide relate to recording and processing initial investment proceeds and outgoing investor distributions. We regularly reconcile the bank accounts used in performing these treasury services.


Job Summary:

The
Director, Client Treasury Services will lead a department of five.

Day-to-day leadership and support are required, as well as making use of our in-house IT development team to improve the distribution process long term.

The Client Treasury Services Department opens, maintains, operates, and controls over fifty client bank accounts, initiating thousands of ACH, wire transfer and check payments monthly.

Excellent people skills and mind for process improvement and control are central to success in this position.

Credentials and Experience:


  • We are looking for a fastidious, highly organized, confident individual who embraces technology.
  • Experience: 7+ years in financial services.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Education: Undergraduate business degree preferred, or substantial equivalent experience

Preferred majors:
accounting, finance, or management. M.B.A. a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen emotional intelligence.
  • Investment industry and banking knowledge or job experience is a big plus.

Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year
