Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team at our contract partner, a well-known insurance company in Merrillan.
This role will support our field sales team and will involve a 50% remote work option. If you are interested, please contact us for more information. We provide thorough training for this position.Your responsibilities will include processing new agent contracts and terminations, handling commission claims, providing phone support to sales partners and branches, managing appointments and reminders, and using the ERGO system for commission calculations.
You will also be responsible for managing claims from former sales partners and handling individual inquiries regarding contracts and compensation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance and finance, or alternatively, banking. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook, is required.More jobs from Radiant Enterprises
