Talent Specialist for Construction and Architectural Law - Full-time Lawyer as In-house Counsel (M|F|D)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time lawyer specializing in construction and architectural law.

As part of our in-house counsel, you will be responsible for handling claims in the areas of professional liability and financial loss liability insurance, from initial notification to settlement.

You will also be in charge of communicating with clients, lawyers, and insurance companies.

YOUR ROLE

Independently handle claims in the areas of professional liability and financial loss liability insurance
Communicate with clients, lawyers, and insurance companies
Ensure timely and accurate settlement of claims
Stay uptodate with relevant laws and regulations in the construction and architectural industry
