Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 FT and $1,000 PT (day shift)

About the Job:

The CNA plays a crucial role in providing top-tier direct routine care to tenants, following the Service Plan, MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, and the Tenant's Bill of Rights. They work under the supervision of a licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager to deliver basic nursing, personal care, and restorative services, while being attentive to the mental health and social service needs of the tenants. CNAs are an integral part of the care team dedicated to promoting independence and well-being.

Current certification and listing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
Proficiency in spoken and written English
