Our client in Renningen is looking for an experienced quality inspector (QM + CR) (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Visual and technical inspections and quality control of components according to set guidelines, using provided equipment
- Assembly and disassembly of parts
- Identification and documentation of defects
- Rectification of fixable deviations
- Surface inspection, visual inspection, functional testing
- Intermediate control, random sampling
- Hardness testing, layer thickness measurement, and roundness testing
- Ultrasonic measurement, endoscopy
- Surface roughness testing
- Profile measurement
- 3D measurement
Our requirements:
- PC skills (MS Office / Outlook)
- Ability to concentrate for extended periods of time
- Excellent vision
- Reliability and accuracy
- Communication skills and proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- Adjusting faulty parts to desired quality through appropriate rework
