We are currently seeking
Shop Support - Shipping & Receiving to join our team at our shop in
Avon, MA.

Our Shop Support workers unload and load supplies and equipment for company and vendor trucks, prepare orders for jobs, assist with pickups and deliveries, and perform various functions for the company in both the warehouse and yard.

If you enjoy working outdoors and have prior construction industry experience, we encourage you to apply. Those who have experience in other industries such as warehouse or landscaping are also encouraged to apply


The starting pay is $20.00 per hour and may increase based on experience.

What You'll Do:


  • Lifts, carries, loads, and unloads various construction items including line painting supplies, signs, tools, steel, aluminum, wood and hardware, etc.
  • Prepares, cleans, and sweeps work areas and maintains a neat, orderly, work environment
  • Pull orders for devices to be delivered to construction projects
  • Make sure trucks are loaded with proper equipment for set tasks
  • Loads and unloads trucks manually and with forklifts
  • Organizing warehouse and shelves assisting with product inventory
  • Accurate use of power tools to cut, drill, and perform shoprelated tasks
  • Ensure all safety rules and procedures are always adhered to
  • Perform repair of equipment and other workrelated duties as assigned

What We Need from You:


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Dependable and reliable transportation to and from work is required
  • Comfortable working in a warehousetype environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours and rotate day and evening shifts
