The Paritätische Welfare Association, State Association of Bavaria, is a leading association of social welfare in Bavaria. Our work is guided by the principles of openness, diversity, and tolerance. We see ourselves as both a social policy advocate and a service provider for our approximately 800 member organizations. In addition, we employ around 2,400 employees as operators of our own facilities, services, and GmbHs.


In our voluntary services, we offer young people the opportunity to engage in a voluntary social year or federal voluntary service in a social institution at our five regional offices in Bavaria.

We provide support and guidance to the volunteers and cooperate with our partners at the placement sites.


To strengthen our educational team in the voluntary services, we are looking for a part-time (30 to 35 hours) (social) pedagogue (m/f/d) as a pedagogical support in the voluntary services in Munich starting in January 2024.


Your tasks:

  • Counseling and placement of volunteers in suitable placement sites
  • Individual pedagogical support for volunteers
  • Counseling and collaboration with placement sites
  • Crisis intervention/conflict resolution in case of difficulties
  • Conceptualization, organization, and implementation of educational days/seminars
  • Independent management of the seminar budget
  • Administrative tasks
  • Participation in working groups and project teams for the further development of voluntary services

Your qualifications:
