Job Overview:
Duties:
- Assist Therapists as needed on the treatment floor with pediatric patients
- Answer Phones & Relay Messages to appropriateTherapists or Administration.
- Manage simple office tasks such as : schedule changes, filing, scanning, and organizing of documents.
- Add new clients weekly to database with accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, as they enter & leave the facility. & help to transition the child from the waiting room into the treatment space.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette.
- Handle all information is a strictly confidential manner & with professionalism & attention to detail.
Skills Required:
- Computer literacy is essential for this role
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Strong data entry skills are a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems is a must
- Ability to communicate well with teams and others is a must
- Excellent customer service skills are necessary
- Knowledge of clerical duties & an interest in children and helping the community is needed.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced group of pediatric therapists; gaining hands on experience, while assisting within the clinic environment & gaining valuable skills and knowledge from a varied group of therapists & teachers.
