Overview:

  • Oversee the handling of cash and credit transactions at concession stands.
  • Ensure accurate and secure processing of payments.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain and analyze sales sheets to track performance and identify trends.
  • Use analytics to make datadriven decisions for optimizing sales strategies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot all aspects of POS iPads.
  • Train staff on the proper use of POS systems and address technical issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at concession stands.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Optimize staffing levels to ensure efficient operation.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer care and overall experience.
  • Adapt to different environments and locations as needed.
  • Receive mentoring to facilitate smooth transitions and learning experiences.
  • Spend time in the Main Office in The Woodlands, TX, for learning and training.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's overall operations.

About the Venue:

In this role, you will be of course detailing cash and credit, reconciling banks, stand sales sheets, analytics, all aspects of our POS iPads, and more.

Equally as important, is the customer service aspect; making sure concession stands are properly staffed and operating at peak efficiency and customer care.

Also, from time to time, you will be assigned outside of your core home base. Your mentors will assist you in transitioning into that environment. There will also be time spent learning and training in our Main Office in The Woodlands, TX.

This role will pay a day wage of $175.

Responsibilities:


  • Strong understanding of financial management and cash handling procedures.
  • Experience with reconciling bank statements.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and using analytics tools.
  • Ability to make datadriven decisions for business improvement.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems, especially iPadbased systems.
  • Capability to troubleshoot technical issues related to POS systems.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Previous experience in managing and optimizing concession stand operations.
  • Knowledge of staffing and efficiency strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to different work environments and locations.
  • Openness to learning and training for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and mentors.
  • Clear and concise communication with customers and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and take guidance from mentors.
  • Collaborative approach towards achieving organizational goals.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the core home base as assigned.
  • Flexible in handling various aspects of the role.
  • High School Diploma preferred
