Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Controller to join our team.

The Traffic Controller will be responsible for managing traffic flow, ensuring safety, and coordinating with construction crews to maintain efficient operations.


Responsibilities:

Here's a list of expectations for the role of Traffic controller_
._

  • Using hand signals and direction signs to direct traffic around road worksites
  • Communicating with other flaggers to direct twoway traffic onto a single lane
  • Informing the onsite crew of any traffic issues that may affect their safety.
  • Appropriately positioning warning and detour signs around construction sites
  • Setting up barricades and traffic cones along construction sites to cordon off certain areas.
  • Removing all signs, barricades, and traffic cones upon completion of site work.
Attendance, longevity, and referral bonus incentives available.

No experience necessary, on the job training will be provided

  • Punctuality, reliability, and communication_ are your keys to success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and a cell phone.
  • Tolerant to inclement weather (hot/cold/wet/dry). WE WORK OUTSIDE
