- Six months experience as a Front Desk Clerk or equivalent
- Possesses knowledge of all hotel services to lead shift staff.
- Assist with coverage of the Cafe, as needed.
- Greets guests courteously and registers guests into the hotel.
- Possesses knowledge of reservation and billing systems.
- Maintains and shifts controls room inventory and availability.
- Possesses knowledge of hotel products, rates, and special programs.
- Possesses knowledge of, uses, and leads emergency procedures.
- Conducts inventory of and restocks supplies.
- Completes/verifies shift checklist.
- Completes check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
- Balances all department accounts and completes all required backup documents.
- Maintains security of guest keys and cash drawer, counts, and verifies the cash at the end of each shift.
- Monitors guest accounts and notifies supervisor of any extreme changes to any guest account, or suspicious actions by guests.
- Run a detailed shift audit by employee, and balance daily work to computers.
- Act as Manager on Duty. Complete job duties associated with the role.

We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant Manager / MOD to oversee the operations of the front desk area in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the front desk staff, managing schedules, handling guest inquiries and issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Previous Supervisor experience preferred.
