We organize regular employee events Your Tasks Review of the implementation of quality-related processes and regulatory requirements (documentation visits, training of new employees, creation of action plans and monitoring of their implementation and effectiveness) Review of the implementation of cross-organizational requirements and standards (expert standards, cross-organizational regulations such as medication checks, heat warnings, pressure ulcer prevention) Support in the implementation of cross-organizational regulations and standards from central quality management (ensuring availability of cross-organizational standards in QMH, updating them, informing employees) Reporting to facility management and central quality management Internal training, continuing education planning Complaint management Your Profile Successfully completed 3-year nursing training (nursing or elderly care) and corresponding professional
