Join Our Team as a Skilled Security Installation Technician
We are seeking an experienced Field Installation Technician to join our team at BTI. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain security systems for commercial clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to security systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance
• Knowledge of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Strong technical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid PERC Card
• Driver's license

Work Environment:

• Fulltime position, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
• Work locations vary based on client needs.
• Physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
