As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled HRIS Coordinator to join our team and support our human resources functions through efficient management of our HRIS platform.


The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for assisting with HR Systems, Reports, Benefits Administration, Leave Administration, and various internal audits to support changes in the organization and ensure compliance.

This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, IT & Administrative teams, as well as other 3rd party vendors.

This role will ensure that the HRIS Team has the necessary support to continue developing and provide key services to all HeartShare Human Services.


_ Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of Position:_

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end users with exceptional, timely customer service.
  • Educate users on the use and features of systems through outreach and the development of educational materials.
  • Collaborating with the HRIS Analyst on building reports and analysis. This includes regular, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting; as well as ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Assisting both the Benefits and Leave Administrator with any reporting or system related needs.
  • Maintain organizational hierarchy and data setup in Paycom. Review and audit data to ensure accuracy.
  • Optimize and enhance system processes, practices, and configuration.
  • Support key HR activities throughout the year, such as Annual Performance Review, Compensation Planning, Open Enrollment, etc.
  • Assist with the tracking of system challenges.
  • Perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions and alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Support daytoday HRIS user requests and responds to AskHere inquiries as assigned and solicits feedback as necessary.
  • Complete other tasks as assigned.
  • In addition to responsibilities above, performs all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
_**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
