    Description

    LevelUp Consulting is a civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture consulting firm specializing in the civil engineering land development industry. We are seeking a marketing and proposal manager to assist in the bid process and procurement of public planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture work.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Manage the development of proposals, statements of qualification, and other deliverables in the pursuit for public work
    • Coordinate, write, edit, and produce all marketing materials and graphics including proposals, resumes, statements of qualification, project descriptions, and other required material
    • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure deliverables meet client needs and RFP/RFQ requirements
    • Provide input for pursuit strategy
    • Maintain RFP/RFQ opportunity tracking database
    • Attend site visits/pre-bid conferences and kickoff meetings
    • Develop marketing collateral for various purposes
    • Assists with corporate level tasks, such as reviewing the company website for outdated material, assisting with corporate communications/social media/quarterly newsletter, etc
    • Assist with conference coordination and planning including registration, booth setup and staffing, and tailoring marketing materials and handouts

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of similar experience with A/E firm or related industry
    • Experience with City, County, FDOT, and/or Public Institution RFP's, RFQ's, Qualification packages, etc
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign) a plus
    • Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with tight deadlines
    • Team player and ability to work with teams across multiple offices
