What you can expect from us:

  • Operational and strategic management of the postproduction team
  • Staff planning, coordination, and direction of daily tasks and communication within the team
  • Ensuring adherence to defined workflows within the team
  • Meeting production goals while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
  • Direct reporting to the management team
  • Quality assurance in close collaboration with the photo and quality assurance departments
  • Support and coordination in implementing process and qualityrelated concepts in postproduction

What qualifications we are looking for:

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent qualifications with relevant work experience
  • Strong understanding of processes
  • Proficient in Photoshop and MS Office, knowledge of InDesign is a plus
  • Previous experience in managing employees, coordinating a team, and project management
  • Excellent team and communication skills
  • High level of quality and responsibility
