- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers based on trust and respect.
- Serve as the lead point of contact to communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
- Forecast and monitor key account metrics monthly/quarterly/annually (e.g. sales plan, results, and forecasts).
- Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes and prepare reports on the status of accounts and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolve complaints and/or conflicts in a timely manner and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify and gather industry and competitor trends.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Typically requires 3 to 5 years of related experience, having gained exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite and proficiency in PowerPoint
- English and Korean language and writing skills preferred
