Cedar Falls, IA's Becher's Backhaus GmbH is a family-owned business with a long tradition, whose main goal is to impress our customers with the best quality and provide excellent service.

A friendly approach to customers and a motivated sales team are essential for achieving this goal.

To make this vision a reality, we are currently seeking a team leader for one of our busiest branches in downtown Cologne.


Your responsibilities:

  • Motivating and organizing the sales team
  • Coordinating and overseeing daily operations
  • Ensuring optimal product presentation and providing knowledgeable customer service
  • Training staff on product knowledge, cash register operations, and hygiene guidelines
  • Creating work schedules

Desired profile:

  • Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a bakery salesperson (m/f/d) or several years of experience in managing a bakery branch
  • Ability to inspire and engage both team members and customers
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning and evening)
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines
