Summary:

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting analysis of functional and technical requirements for various projects
Design and develop dashboards and reports within Epicor.
Create and review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, and other tools.
Maintain existing business reporting and analytical solutions by providing production support for troubleshooting and regular processing needs.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement / best practice.
Assist with the development of automation processes to improve the data acquisition and data loads from internal and external sources.

Knowledge and Abilities:

Education and Experience:

Minimum High School Diploma or GED preferred with a technical education. Previous work experience in manufacturing setting preferred but not necessary.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to periodically walk to other areas of the plant as well as occasionally exert push force up to 50 pounds.

Must have good eye sight and hand dexterity, and able to identify and distinguish colors.

Work Environment:

Within safety guidelines, there will be exposed to noise, moving mechanical parts, oils/solvents, fumes, and odors that may affect the eyes, ears, nose, throat and/or skin.
