Nature of Work
Coordinate, schedule, and review the work activities of assigned jobsite labor.

Supports project control activities such as but not limited to evaluating costs, analyzing project schedule trends to identify potential risks, and managing schedules in order to ensure timely and accurate project process reports.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Schedules the work activities of assigned jobsite workers and project subcontractors.
Manages and utilizes scheduling tools/technology.
Compiles monthly and baseline updates and contractor submittals for assigned projects.
Adheres to all project control policies and procedures.
Performs a variety of reporting duties, such as but not limited to assisting project managers in preparation of project process reporting, forecasting reports, and project site analyses.
Remains in contact with office leadership to provide updates on project timeline and schedule.
Maintains awareness of new trends and developments on the project site.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Related Field required.

Experience

Six years or more of related work experience required.
