    Description

    Join our team of caring bankers at Amegy Bank, where people and culture are at the core of everything we do. At Amegy Bank, we are looking for a Client Service Associate (Teller) to join our Coles Crossing banking center in Cypress, TX.

    Essential Functions:

    • Provide full-service banking with accurate and timely financial transactions
    • Utilize knowledge of bank products to enhance client relationships
    • Address clients' needs by offering various services
    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and identify cross-selling opportunities
    • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies
    • Resolve client concerns and maintain confidentiality
    • Meet with management to discuss branch goals
    • Perform other assigned duties

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years' experience in banking or related field
    • Previous Teller experience highly desired
    • Strong cash handling and customer service skills
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Attention to detail and time management
    • Ability to cross-sell bank products

    Hours of Work:

    • Monday to Friday; 11:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. and Saturday; 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
    • Full-time position: 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule
