Job Description: As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be at the forefront of helping students overcome communication and language challenges, ensuring they thrive academically and socially. Working with a diverse caseload, you'll conduct assessments, create personalized therapy plans, and collaborate with educators and parents to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, although Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply

Job Requirements:

Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' unique needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development
Maintain organized documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
