What you'll do:
Service and Kitchen Team Requirements
Your qualifications:
Service & Kitchen Team Pay Range: $24.00/ Hour*
Shift Leader & Cook Pay Range: $27.00/ Hour*
Assistant Manager Pay Range: $30.00/ Hour*
Store Manager Pay Range: $33.00/ Hour*
Actual pay within the range is determined by multiple factors, including work location and experience.
ADA Statement:
During duties, counter areas may be hot due to steam and food vapors. Workspace is limited, and employees are typically required to stand for extended periods. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen tools, and working swiftly while maintaining accuracy. Employees should be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across counters. Kitchens are noisy and hot, with limited storage space. Employees should thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess effective communication skills, adapt to changing priorities, and manage conflicts smoothly.
