Purpose

Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.

Responsible for leading the Compliance Training team in the US Therapeutics Compliance Operations within TA&O. This team will prioritize, design and deliver digital compliance training solutions to drive compliance performance of employees.

This position will lead cross-functional teams of US Therapeutics, OEC, Legal, Regulatory, Quality and others to create compliance training solutions in partnership with key external suppliers.

Must have proven track record for leading cross-functional teams and must be adept at influencing management and budget management.


Responsibilities:

List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.

  • Manage the strategy, design, development, maintenance and evaluation of compliance learning curricula for the development of US Therapeutics.
  • Drive the development of digital learning curricula across US Therapeutics and set priority for development of training to improve the capabilities within the organization.
  • Drives continuous process improvement to reduce overlap and redundancies with other AbbVie compliance training solutions.
  • Lead crossfunctional teams of US Therapeutics, OEC, Legal, Regulatory, Quality and others to understand, prioritize and create compliance training solutions
  • Partner with senior management to ensure consistent development and delivery of compliance learning to satisfy requirements.
  • Routinely interfaces with senior management for reaching buyin for initiatives / programs.
  • Lead and develop a team of project managers to create valueadd compliance solutions for US Therapeutics.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnership with key supplier(s) to develop and deliver training solutions in accordance with established deadlines.
  • Drive innovation in compliance training.
  • Manage teams and suppliers to adhere to outlined budget

Qualifications

Qualifications:

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience managing/leading teams with direct reports.
  • Compliance background and experience designing digital learning solutions preferred.
  • Experience managing crossfunctional teams and external partners through large projects and initiatives.
  • Experience establishing relationships with Sr. Management and prioritizing solutions based on needs of the business compliance environment.
  • Skills necessary to develop, direct, and influence compliance training strategies.
  • 815 years practical experience required.
  • Pharmaceutical training experience is a plus.
  • Pharmaceutical Compliance experience a plus.

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
