Company Overview
Flexible Metal Inc. is a component supplier located in Tucker, GA. FMI specializes in
product design, engineering, development and manufacturing of metal bellows, tubular
assemblies, exhaust manifolds, and integrated exhaust systems.
Summary
Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing
engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution within budget, schedule, and
quality constraints. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including
engineering, manufacturing, operations, and quality assurance, to drive efficiency,
innovation, and continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering programs, including new product introductions, process

improvements, and cost reduction initiatives, from conception to completion.

Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to

ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables,

ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing,

operations, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication, collaboration,
and execution.

Conduct regular project reviews, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations to

communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering their

professional growth and development.

Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to evaluate and integrate new

technologies, components, or services into manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering Degree or 10 years applicable experience
Proven experience as an Engineering Program Manager or similar role within a

manufacturing environment.

Proficient in the English language both written and verbal. Must be able to read,

analyze, and interpret documents, drawings, and specifications.
