We are looking for you To support our team in Aschersleben, we are currently seeking a/an Machine Operator in the printing industry (m/f/d)


Your future challenges:
Compliance with safety and quality regulations Maintaining cleanliness and order for a clean work environment Operating and managing flexo printing machines as part of the machine team in a 5-shift system Printing and processing various materials using flexo printing methods Independently carrying out and documenting quality requirements requested by customers Responsible handling of colors, solvents, and their components Independent problem solving within the team, with the support of a trouble shooting guide Performing maintenance and cleaning work on printing machines Constantly improving technical knowledge through external and internal training Your qualifications: Completed training as a media technologist - printing/flexo printer or in a technical field is advantageous Demonstrable practical experience within the last 2 years, preferably in a printing company with flexo printing machines or production areas Good technical understanding and expertise Teamwork, even in stressful situations Proactive work style Basic knowledge of using Excel and Word on a PC Flexible availability due to the 5-shift system High motivation and positive attitude towards the position Your opportunities: Varied, independent work in an international environment Team-oriented, collegial working atmosphere with short distances and open communication High level of personal responsibility Attractive collective remuneration as well as vacation and Christmas bonuses Employer contribution to company pension/retirement savings/disability insurance Attractive employee discounts and gym subsidies 5-shift system, working 6 days
