    About the Care CenterLakewood Care Center is a 100-bed, Medicare certified skilled long-term care facility recognized by Nursing Home Compare as one of the best nursing homes in Minnesota based on survey results involving nursing staff, health inspections and quality measures.

    Mission for RN/LPN
    • Care CenterThe RN/LPN-Care Center will provide quality, personalized care for residents through implementing their plan of care with compassion, quality and integrity.

    Duties & ResponsibilitiesDispense medicationComplete treatmentsCommunicate information regarding resident needs through written and verbal communication to appropriate staff membersObserve proper infection control and safety proceduresRespond positively to feedback (questions, suggestions, problems) from residents, guests, family members and fellow staffPosition Type We offer flexible scheduling to promote work/life balance.

    Full time and part time hours availableWeekends - every thirdHolidays - some Starting pay for LPNs at $20/hr does not include additional compensation available through:Competitive shift differential (PM/Noc), shift pick-up, overtimeIncreases based on certifications, education, experience or additional dutiesQualificationsQualificationsCurrent MN LPN or RN LicensureIdeal Candidate Welcomes feedback from guests, residents and fellow staffPrioritizes patient safety by paying close attention to detail when dispensing medications and completing treatmentsThrives in a team settingBenefitsLakewood Health System is growing and looking for great people to join our mission of providing personalized, quality healthcare for a lifetime.
