Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAre you ready to join our winning Team and make an extra commission?Optima Dealer Services is looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, strive, and succeed as a Windshield Chip Repair Technician at Audi Fremont Auto Dealership.

The Windshield Chip Repair Technician performs vehicle glass repairs whenever a glass replacement is not required. Our paid, formal training program teaches everything needed to complete these specialized repairs, regardless of any prior experience.
We will pay you hourly plus $15.00 per repair.

Requirements Repair chips, cracks, and other auto glass-related issues on customer vehicles.
Manage work orders and customer documentation.
Willing to strive and be a team player.

Have attention to detail and be able to receive feedback and provide the Optima Dealer Services Quality Control needed for our Clients and Services.

Must be a team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and team members.

Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
Assist the Car Wash Department as needed.

Salary Description $17.00-$18.00
