Responsible for providing administrative assistance to Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager(s). PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling)Coordinate sales staff meetingsAssist in conducting interviews to prospects for current/future home sales, including model presentationPerform closing coordinator responsibilities for outside lendersResolve routine inquires/problems from buyers regarding various aspects of purchasesProvide accurate assistance/direction to Sales associates, staff and/or buyersLearn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buyingMLS Management
Auditing internal and external sites to ensure listings are properly represented and identifying inaccuracies and opportunities for improvementManage our social media presence for communities, to include announcing New Hires, new communities, job postings, amenity grand openings, special events & accomplishments, etc.
